The Dibley Way

Meat with 9 Veg!

Today was my day off work so I decided to have a Tuesday night roast. I roasted a Lamb and had many side dishes to accompany it. The sides included steamed beans and asparagus, brussel sprouts, mashed swede and carrots, corn, cauliflower, broccoli and of course roast taters. Hubby even made mint sauce to go with the lamb.

It's been a while since I made a roast dinner for Hubby. So I decided to give him a treat and give him a feast to make his tummy explode. I even got a kiss after the meal. (That means that he really enjoyed it.)
