I haven't baked in a while and was itching to bake something. Today, I was working in the evening so I had a little time on my hands during the day to do some baking. I decided to bake Rock Cakes for Hubby. I got the recipe from the current issue of Donna Hay Magazine. Rock Cakes are similar to scones but with sultanas and spices. It's dense and have a savoury flavour to it. As I'm not a fan of dried fruit, I made this solely for Hubby. It brought back childhood memories for him.
