My Annual Christmas Cocktail Party

Every year the weekend before Christmas I hold my Annual Christmas Cocktail Party for my family.  Naturally, I cook the food, which leaves Hubby in charge of the bar.  Like me, he tries different recipes every year.  This year he made Mulled wine.  This was the first time we both tasted Mulled wine and it was... different.

Here are a few pics of what was on offer on the night.

Mulled wine

Kransky Flan

Kransky, Cheese and pineapple skewers

Potato Skins

Prawns on a blanket

Creamy chicken and corn Voluvents

Spinach, Ricotta and Sun-dried Tomato Triangles

Peking Duck

Christmas Croquets

Mini Pizzas

Mini Trifles

Dulce de leche Chocolate Cups

Chistmas Jelly

Christmas Crackles

Merry Christmas to all!

Bon Apetite
