Coconut Flan with Caramel

Firstly... YUM!


Ever since I saw this in one of the blogs I read, I've been really wanting to make this dessert. I'm glad I've finally made it. Thanks for the recipe Lao Cha - JHL!

I really love this. The texture of the flan was melting and spongy. The coconut flavour didn't over power the rest of the flan and the caramel wasn't too sweet. It acutally lifted the flavour of the flan.



This is a MUST make.
